I get it. I've struggled with this for years... how was other people thriving in life and here I was struggling to survive?

I was homeless. I was always broke. I was always struggling to make ends meet. I suffered from depression, overeating, overindulging and turned to partying to escape. I found myself stuck on a hamster wheel of toxic relationships and was craving to find happiness but didn’t know how.

Fast forward I am now a published Author, and have been featured in magazines, newspapers, and TV around the world. I am now blessed and extremely honored to be coaching and helping people that are struggling just as I once was. I am a Reiki Master, Energetic Healer, Breathwork Facilitator, and Coach. It is my mission and passion to help transform lives for the better. We all deserve to be someone we can truly be proud of.

What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?

The Phoenix Rising Academy was created for people who are absolutely excited and dead serious about breaking cycles within themselves and others, breaking out of the rut, breaking through resistance, and limiting beliefs. – It means not running around all day long, beating yourself up or being the victim in life. It means being ready to take charge, be accountable, take your power back and create the life you want.

We will put systems in place within a few months (sometimes weeks!), which will eventually lead you to gain a better understanding of yourself, your triggers, your actions and where your blocks stemmed from and how it is affecting you today. Being someone that had that deep knowing I was meant for more myself; I’m known to work best with other people who are committed to becoming better and are done with living their life in a rut. People who know they have hidden potential and are willing to do the work so that they tap into their true manifesting abilities.

People super-ready to get going and just want to know exactly what steps to take to be able to remove their blocks and start creating the life they deserve. My clients often tell me – “just tell me what to do and I’ll do it!” Consider what you’ll do with me to be a high-octane crash course on everything you need to know to become the best version of yourself. You will be expected to take serious and consistent action. No excuses anymore, just a hugely different way of thinking, and full support while you achieve this incredibly exciting goal: confidence, self-love, self-worth and start living in alignment in record time.

For what type of people are your programs NOT going to work?

Please know I’m very selective in who I work with and I cherry-pick my clients, choosing to (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for my programs and won’t get the results for which they would have signed up for. (It wouldn’t be fair to them.) The Phoenix Rising Academy is NOT for those who have no money coming in and are absolutely, financially desperate, at least not right away. It’s been my experience that people in financial crisis do not trust the recommendations I give them and do not do the work (probably because they spend so much time worrying about where they are going to get next month’s rent check or mortgage payment.) If you fall within this category, it’s absolutely OK. We’ve all been in times of financial crisis at one point or another.

Do yourself (3) favours:

1. Get some money coming in with a full-time or part-time job at the very least, and then call me. This will take the edge off and provide a little more peace of mind. Mostly, it will de-clutter your mind enough to focus on your Phoenix Rising Academy assignments and the BIG picture. Once you start seeing results and manifestations come in regularly as a result of our work, you can then start reducing the hours you work at that other job and focus on your own practice (if that is one of your goals).

2. Sign up for my free weekly emails where I share tips on personal development and the Law of Attraction. https://www.mazdelacerna.com/home-subscribe. The free information will get you started towards your goals until you’re ready to work with me one-on-one.

3. Make a point to watch my YouTube channel Phoenix Rising Collective I upload weekly videos sharing secrets on the Law of Attraction, tips on personal development and spirituality. The tips I share there will give you LOTS to think about. They will also really help you get primed for our work. When you’re ready, call me and we’ll get you started. (I’m in no rush and will be here when you need me.)

Other types of personalities I won’t work with (without exception) are the whiner or the chronic sceptic, as well as individuals who consistently make excuses for not getting their assignments done or challenging every aspect of the program. If you are one of these people, I gently and respectfully ask that you not call, and I hope you understand why. We’ll probably just not work well together, and I wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money. Is that fair?

What exactly is Phoenix Rising Academy™ and what does this include?

Phoenix Rising Academy begins with understanding your goals, true value, where your power really comes from, how to manifest what you want, creating powerful intentions that get you results as well as uncovering your hidden blockages, resistance and self-limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck.

I believe that Shadow Work and Healing Your Inner Child is extremely important in the spiritual growth and healing, and manifestation process, so we cover a lot of this in my program.

You will also join a like-minded community with weekly breathwork and trainings on healing, spiritual/personal development, and all things manifestation.

Does this really work?

Yes! If you are willing to do the work!

When one of my clients recently told me that she couldn't have done it without me... I told her that the truth was SHE did all the work. SHE showed up for herself. SHE made a commitment to herself. SHE stepped up.

I am only the guide, the support, and the encouragement. We all have our own stories and have experienced different types of pain. But because of overcoming my own pain and trauma, I am now equipped to help others work through theirs.

I do not have nor do I give you all the answers, I help you find your own answers. I am not the guru, I can only help you connect to your higher self and walk by your side while you strip off all the things that no longer serve you.

I do not do the healing for you, I can only share tools and my gifts to help you to heal energetically, emotionally, spiritually and physically.

I do not "fix" you, the magic is met as far as you are willing to meet yourself.
