Hi I’m Maz,

I’m a Best Selling Author, Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, Energy Healer, and Coach.

I wasn't always doing these things. I had to overcome many obstacles such as homelessness, childhood traumas, abuse, addictions, eating disorders, depression, and the biggest battle of all, myself.

My soul mission is to help others align to their HIGHEST POTENTIAL by guiding them to remove all of the blocks and limiting beliefs that are preventing them from being their BEST SELF, heal from their past pain and trauma, recognize behavioural patterns and BREAK TOXIC CYCLES not only others but with themselves. Why survive in life when we can thrive?

Why I decided to start teaching others what I do

I had no idea that my path would go into this direction. It wasn’t a decision I consciously made. I was called to share this. I had an encounter with God/Source and I was told that I was to share what I knew, so others can spread this magic and help the collective shift and ascend.
